Behind the Pondering MindHi, I'm Jessica, and I do both.
I've spent my career doing two things at once.
Marketing. And building the systems that make it actually run.
My background spans over a decade in marketing, fundraising, communications, and strategic planning across nonprofits, events, and small businesses. I managed campaigns, grew audiences, ran events, and built programs from nothing.
I got my Lean Process Improvement certification along the way because I genuinely love making things work better. That combination is what makes the work stick.

The moment everything changedThose words stuck. I was ready for a change. I knew I could help people in a real way. So I took a breath, bet on myself, and started Pondering Mind Creative.
Since then, I've worked with local businesses, nonprofits, photographers, coaches, and founders of all kinds — helping them take what's been sitting on their list and actually finish it.
I'm the person you tell an idea to, and I immediately say, "Okay, let's make it happen." I ask the right questions, figure out what needs to happen, and then I get to work. You get me — start to finish.
My clients have called me a "Technical Marketing Wizard," a legend, and a genius. I'm not sure I'd go that far, but hand me your messy list, and I will bring it back finished. That part I'm confident about.
